Fantastic apartament. Really spacious two bedroom plus living room, kitchen and a cute little garden. Half a block from the beach, couldn't beat location. I was impressed by how clean it was. Support was great, just a text away. I couldn't recommend it more!

I stayed at this fantastic hotel for an entire month. The room was modern, immaculately clean and quiet. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The restaurant had gourmet-level food and ambience. I've traveled the world. I loved this little hotel. What a gem.
I love my room, it's big, comfortable bed and a window overlooking the sea. The hotel itself is so beautiful located near the Palacio de Magdalena which was the reason why I came to Santander. The breakfast buffet has good choices of food including jamon de Iberico. And the breakfast area is a beautiful place to take breakfast... the furnitures and the ambiance. The front desk people were very accommodating. Jesus, one of the staff at the front desk was very helpful. I felt like home in Hotel...
Great view of the ocean. Very walkable area. Elegant old hotel, modernized, yet charming. Cafe available, as well as restaurant, for those who like to eat before 8:30pm.
This is a cute little hotel tucked in a quiet residential street just five minutes from the City Centre. The front desk team is very helpful incl Daniel and the other lady I forget her name. They will give you lots of recommendations. Rooms are a little tight check the sq ft before you book in case you need extra room (we had to switch rooms). A short walk and escalator ride to all that Santander has to offer. Our room had a lovely view of the bay. Enormously helpful and friendly staff, who went out of their way to assist us!
The hotel was excellent on all levels. A beautiful building, great parking, close to dining, shopping, casino and the beach. The bed was comfortable and spacious. We have absolutely nothing but good views of the hotel and the staff.

Wonderful place and location to stay at. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Only fell short with the room refrigerator being really just a wine cooler, no freezer, and the underpowered AC unit kept turning off.
