We had a wonderful Birthday break staying here. The hotel was clean, great amenities (including pool, gym, lounge area) But what really outshone everything was the staff. They were so lovely and friendly, gave us some fabulous recommendations and a little map with information. We were even surprised to find our room stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, yoghurts and pastries. If we travel to Santander in the future we will definitely stay here again ⭐️ Thank you ☺️

We enjoyed this charming, boutique, Hotel. It’s conveniently located between three important points in Santander: Downtown, Puerto Chico and the Sardinero 2 all the fabulous beaches. There is no breakfast bar, but the staff leaves breakfast foods and lots of coffee in each room. I highly recommend this Hotel.

This is a cute little hotel tucked in a quiet residential street just five minutes from the City Centre. The front desk team is very helpful incl Daniel and the other lady I forget her name. They will give you lots of recommendations. Rooms are a little tight check the sq ft before you book in case you need extra room (we had to switch rooms). The back side is quieter than the rooms facing the front. Good AC / room amenities. Highly recommend Natu Healthy Cafe and La Mano de Fatima for vegetarians. Parking is limited in the hotel but free parking on the street but hard to get spots.

Exceptional stay ,Daniel was amazing,from the glass of cava to explaining everything,showing us how things worked,and booking a taxi for the airport on departure. Loved the gift breakfast 💕 Room was immaculate, unfortunately we didn't use the pool or the gym but all looked amazing . Excellent location for old town

What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Service was phenominal throughout, very attentive to our needs. We had a full tour of the grounds and our room on check in which was a very nice touch. We arrived early on check in day, and were able to leave our bags which had been put into the room by check in. The room was fantastic, nice and spacious with a lovely terrace. We spent a few afternoons by the pool too which was gorgeous, created a little escape from the bustling city below. 100% reccommend and hope to be back in the future.
