"We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area."

"I got a room with smell of coloring on the wall and whole room. I think they colored the room just a few hours before my arriving. It was horrible smell. Then I asked them too change my room. They did it but there was also smelling of coloring. I tried to open the door and window to get fresh air but unfortunately out of room was more horrible. Smelling of a dead animal or something like that. The bathroom was absolutely not clean and everything was very very old. Then in the middle of night...

"From the very first minute at check in the stay at the hotel was outlined. Reception staff and porters were very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms in zone 7 were fantastic. Cleaners were very attentive at all times. The pool area was great as was the barman. The beach was also fantastic. The animation team, food and bar were all excellent. Lets get onto the food. The buffet which was available at all times had varied options for all. The al acarte restaurants were fabulous....

"We had a lovely time at the hotel where we spent 2 weeks. The location is superlative, few minutes from all the key attractions in Sharm. We enjoyed the restaurants, the food and we want to send a special thank to Ashraf, the "pizza man". "It was a good base to explore sharam el sheikh. Comfortable and we got a free upgrade after they saw we have a family. Staff were friendly but it’s clear that they cater to Europeans mostly and want you to have euros. Use inDrive as an app to get around rather then taxis. "
