The room was small and comfortable. The parking garage is very small. It was very difficult to get the car back in the elevator leading out of the parking garage.
We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location of the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel overall had a very nice vibe. We will definitely stay here again!
Everything was amazing! The Hotel is in a great location and has an amazing view!! The staff gave us a special welcome detail when we got to our room. Like we say in Puerto Rico: “Tienen que venir y vivir la experiencia” !!!!
H10 Madison was an excellent hotel. It is in a great part of the city with many attractions you could easily walk to. The hotel itself was always very clean. Staff were super helpful and always had a smile for you. We tried the breakfast a few times while there and it was very good but at 24 euros per person is a little expensive. The room was nice and the aircon worked good, bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan in out room was appreciated as it was warm there when we stayed Oct 9-14. Taxi service...

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.
We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.
The location was great! The front desk people , morning & night were all kind & willing to help on anything you asked. Thanks to Manuel, Luis & Javier. Our breakfast was always wonderful, a lot of breakfast choices. Thanks to Goldie who always was so pleasant, nice and speaks English. She was awesome! I recommend anyone to stay here - We give it a 5 stars! 👍😄
The staff was friendly and amazing! Loved the nightly, turn down service with chocolates. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable, I could have stayed in bed all day!! The spa was amazing! I swear the masseuse has magic hands because my back and legs were sore for days from all the walking I had been doing...and after the massage I was pain free!!
