The staff was very accommodating to my mom and I. They were able to upgrade our stay to an accessible room since my mom had a wheelchair. When we come back to Barcelona, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again!! God bless!!! ☺️🙏✝️

8/10 Very good

The staff are very nice and helpful, the room has good air conditioning so it's great to stay during this hot weather. The hotel may need to consider checking or changing sheets and towels though as several marks have been spotted. Apart from this everything else is great.
