Front desk staff was a little condescending, and room smelly. Otherwise, it was OK, and the breakfast excellent.

We have used this hotel before to visit family. Its a lovely hotel and so comfortable with amenities just outside. You can easily walk down to the beach. The rooms are very clean with a lovely big comfortable bed. We had a coffee machine and a mini bar with complimentary soft drinks and water.

2/10 Poor

As I arrived the room didn't opened. The kettle didn't work And then the shower doesn't work Is cold and you can't setup the heater. The staff reception are good. But the restaurant staff are rude disgusting violent. The rooms look dirty and cheap with weird cheap plastic and old destroyed leather. Overall. Never again

8/10 Very good

The bed was super uncomfortable. The pictures look a little different than the actual room but it’s fine. The pool area was always busy and full. It was a decent stay and close to amenities and the beach but nothing special.

Only wish we had stayed longer in Barcelona so we could enjoy the place more. So many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. And a Metro station in reasonable walking distance. Highly recommend.

Breakfast menu is excellent! Staff are so helpful! Clean rooms! Love the location, quiet and close to the Barcoleneta Beach. Would recommend this hotel for people who wants quite and not too far from attractions. For reference, my hubby and I are pretty active, walking 3-5miles doesn’t bother us.
