"Hotel is very good. Location is a quick walk to the beach and start of Cliff Walk. Room was very big and clean. Had fridge and microwave which is convenient. Free and lots of parking. If you want to use pool, gym and outdoor terrace, all 3 are located in bldg 1. We were in #2 and #1 was booked. I would recommend this hotel."

They also shut the bike use down as we came during off season and that wasn’t noted anywhere. Some lights didn’t work properly in the room and the espresso machine was broken and no coffee machine."

"Excellent location for the Amica Newport Marathon right next to Easton beach. Beautiful view from ocean front rooms. Were not able to use rooftop hot tub but went to see it and it looked inviting. Breakfast was basic continental breakfast but I was happy to have it as an option. Staff was friendly. Overall, I would come back here"
