Nice view of the Duomo from the terrace. Communication was excellent with the host. Beds were not overly comfortable. The location is great, close walk to the centre of the city.

There was no stay. They asked me to let them know when I would be there. I sent them the time. Was told to contact a different person about check in. Then that person never got back to me. I walked Aaron’s Florence with my luggage for 2 hours and gave up to get a different hotel.
