This is a lovely hotel. We had a very nice spacious quiet room. There are tea, coffee and biscuits always available in the seating area near the lobby which was very nice after a day of sightseeing. We had particularly good service from Jean-Luca when we checked in, he was very helpful and friendly.

Property is well located to the main attractions, good breakfast with friendly staff. Property manager was very nice and helpful, he even carried the luggage for us. There is no iron in your room, so luckily I had portable one to flatten my clothes

The staff and Manager Ricardo was Exceptional. Anything you need they are willing to make happen. Everyone goes above and beyond. Can’t say enough. We stayed in the Suite, the views were so nice. One block from river and great restaurants and shopping very close to the train station.

It was a great stay. Staff were very friendly and even are helping send something I forgot in my room. Great location too! Walls are thin & I was next to a loud couple fighting, so that’s the only thing to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Definitely recommend!

I have given total 10/10 mark for Hotel Executive Florence, where the hotel provided us a premium experince for our Florence visit. Location : All major attractions are 300-500 metre from the hotel. Main train station is 200 metres away, making it easy to explore the area. Check in/ Out: Completed in 2 minutes Rooms : Clean and quiet. Quiet environment. Lobby : Hotel has a very nice cosy lobby environment. Breakfast : Have all the varieties you need. Cleanliness : 100% But for us the main unforgattable points why I gave 10/10 points for the hotel was; " the kindness and support" each hotel member shown during our stay. Many thanks to all hotel staff.

The presidential suite was more than enough room for my husband, 14YO large son and 11YO daughter to have our own space and still feel the energy of Florence through the windows to the streets. Although the room wasn’t air conditioned, the windows are large and cool things down quickly. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Close to train station and about a 15 min walk to the center of Florence but a very nice walk.
