The breakfast was great each day and it's not too far from the World Trade Center or the airport maybe 20 minutes. In CDMX everything seems far. The front desk guys and lady serving drinks seemed as if they hated life. The rooms are small but cozy and it's quite quiet for the location. Plenty of restaurants around and Uber eats rappi deliver food as well. It's cheap hot water just wish they had better Internet.

I have stayed here multiple times. AC is cold, room service is great and outlets and more outlets. I always book the queen size which includes breakfast. Get there early or they run out of food. Ubers are easy to catch.. the community is Escandón, and is about 10 miles in any direction to popular tourist spots. I walk around the area and grab quick snacks or sweet bread. I loved coming back and my room is always clean and the hotel is also always clean. The staff is very friendly. Never have I run out of hot water. If you like to save a few bucks stay here. It is clean, safe and comfy. The bed could be a bit softer.. but other than that I will stay there again in the future.

This was a pre paid reservation 4 days and upon check-in they asked us to pay the Expedia commission , which should be er be charged to the customer. . Then when asked, they told Expedia that I showed up with 6 people to justify their extra cost. I don't recommend this establishment. This has never happened to me in 20 years with Expedia. We had to go somewhere else. And pay again as this was pre paid.

Parece más motel que hotel ya que desde que llegas hay una lona que dice "Habitación expréss" con una imagen de un cuarto con tubos y la recepción es como caja de banco, es decir puro cristal. La habitación es de buen tamaño así como el baño pero falta mucha ventilación ya que las ventanas dan al estacionamiento pero está techado. A los 15 minutos de entrar a la habitación alguien intentó meterse con unas llaves, me imagino que eran empleados pero eso me creo desconfianza ya que traía mi laptop. Más tarde se empezaron a escuchar ruidos de una pareja que estaba teniendo relaciones en la habitación contigua. Fueron los únicos inconvenientes que tuve y después los 2 días restantes todo transcurrió con normalidad sin embargo no me quedó un buen sabor de boca ya que en las fotos el hotel se ve muy bien pero la realidad es bastante diferente. Cama muy cómoda, A/C silencioso y TV con Youtube y Netflix, en general si pude descansar bien.

Soy cliente frecuente de este hotel por ser un lugar seguro, limpio y con instalaciones cómodas; sin embargo, en esta ocasión y en un par de veces más los recepcionistas solo del turno de la noche han sido muy groseros y el servicio que deben dar deja mucho que desear, en esta reservación al hacer el check in sin ofrecer alguna excusa o disculpa me dieron una hab de la sección utilizada de paso, solo me indicaron que no habían hecho el apartado y que solo les quedaban habitaciones de esas y que sino la quería que cancelara la reservación y hablara a hoteles.para que me hicieran el reembolso. Esas habitaciones no tienen las mismas comodidades que las de hospedaje y el costo desde luego no es igual. Fue muy molesto enfrentarme con un recepcionista negativo y desconsiderado de los huéspedes, no ofreció ninguna alternativa y solo insistía en que el no habían tenido culpa y que los que me tenían que resolver son los de hoteles.com
