It was very close to the train station and Miyahara, both very helpful for our planned activities. The room was a little small, but cozy and worked well for our 2 night trip.
The overall cleanliness was acceptable, but there was a little bit of mildew build up on the ceiling above the TV and curtain in the bathroom covering the window next to the shower.
As for noise, the rooms aren’t very sound proofed from the hallway, you can hear when people enter and exit their rooms through the gap under the door, but everyone was pretty respectful so it wasn’t too much of an issue during our stay.
Overall, it was a convenient and nice hotel, though if you’re looking for something spacious or have very big luggage with you, you may want to opt for a larger room or place to stay.
