Not a 5 star hotel but I was satisfied overall. They kept the room clean, shower, AC, fridge worked no issues. Had an additional small room for bag storage and safe. Overall at a reasonable cost near the beach. Great minimalist low cost option if that’s what you’re going for

Le rapport qualité prix est bon mais le personnel que j'ai trouvé la nuit ne maîtrise pas bien le système de réservation en ligne. Ils m'ont carrément refusé au prétexte que je n'avais pas de réservation et il a fallu que j'ouvre moi-même leur ordinateur pour leur montrer ma réservation. Ils étaient prêts à me faire sortir sans chercher à rien comprendre ni même me proposer une autre alternative.

Al dueño del hotel le molestó que hubiera alquilado la habitación por esta aplicación. De no ser porque ya estábamos en el lugar y no teníamos donde más ir no nos hubiera recibido. La verdad que nosotros no tenemos la culpa de que Expedia le pague menos de lo que me cobró a mí y es el quien debe solucionar el tema con la app. Durante la estancia siempre nos miró mal por lo que considero que es un pésimo servicio. De resto las instalaciones estaban adecuadas y limpias.

Location was great. Rooms were terrible. Whole bathroom was dingy. Service was either terrible or non existant. Asked for some coffe and manager told me it was the wrong time. Asked for clean towles and the manager would not give me any because again he said it was the wrong time. No hot water as well.

Expedia should remove this terrible product from their list. This place is dangerous and horribly filthy. Without a refund, I think Expedia is aiding in fraud and theft. I’m going to end my years of business with Expedia and find a travel site which actually vets the product and not helps in robbing the client.

This is a horrible hotel. They couldn’t fine our reservations upon arrival. Money lost completely. It’s was over $400 for a big family group. We were left without a place to stay for the night. The neighborhood at night is dangerous for tourists. Don’t book here. I don’t recommend it at all. Dont stay there
