Small rooms, great location

Even though this hotel is a bit outside of the downtown area it is fairly quiet from outside noise. It's about a 7-minute walk from an EDEKA and an ALDI and it's right off one of the subway stations (S4, I believe). The staff was also friendly and the rooms were clean. Since this place is a bit more isolated, no restaurants are nearby. Also, we were in Hamburg during the weekend, so it was a bit noisy in our room with people (and kids) stomping around on the floor above us. I think on any other weekday the hotel would've been quieter, but that would be the only thing I'd complain about. Still a solid choice for a hotel

Phone in room didn’t work so had to go to reception to order room service (room service menu was placed in my room). I was told at reception that room service wasn’t available and I’d have to go to the buffet area instead. No restaurants around the hotel so no choice but to use the buffet.

Tyst hotell med bra isolerade fönster, bra med garage i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Tråkig reception just för att den helt enkelt var för stor och opersonlig. Vi hade missat att detta är ett barnhotell vilket märktes i receptionen där det fanns stora lekytor för barn vilket också märktes på ljudnivån. Personalen i receptionen var hjälpsam och trevlig och rummet var bra, skönt med AC. Frukosten var okej. Tyvärr hade vi regn när vi bodde här men hade det varit sol hade det säkert varit trevligt med vattenstråken utanför. Det tar ca 7-10 min att gå till ett större köpcentrum. Överlag ett bra hotell som funkade bra för vår övernattning på vår resa söderöver.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Familienzimmer, dass genügend Platz für unsere 5-köpfige Familie bot. Toll fanden wir die zahlreichen Spielecken für die Kids und die Nähe zur U-Bahn. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker. Auch das á la carte Restaurant gleich nebenan können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolles, modernes Hotel mit schöner Sonnenterasse und sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Die U-Bahn liegt wirklich direkt vor der Unterkiunft, so dass man schnell bei den Landungsbrücken oder in HH Mitte ist. Frühstück ist gut (vll bisschen teuer für 21 Euro) und auch ein Abend-Buffet wird angeboten. Für Hafen-City insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
