Great location access to many transportations, famous landmarks & food spots Lovely friendly and helpful staff who were always welcoming! Rooms are clean with good enough space. The constant supply of delicious turkish delights & tea was great. Also the turkish bath was such a nice relaxing treat at the end of each day after lots of walking! It would have been amazing if breakfast was served up in the terrace with the amazing view. Thank you

We’ve stayed at this hotel more than five times, and the main reason we continue to return is the outstanding service from the staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every team member we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is welcoming. However, if there’s one area that could use improvement, it’s the breakfast selection. While it’s appreciated, the variety and quality could be enhanced to match the overall standard of the hotel. Despite this, the incredible service truly sets this place apart. We always feel at home here, and that’s entirely thanks to the dedicated and friendly staff. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

Staff ( Matt and all the others) were excellent hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were lovely, complimentary coffee was offered whenever we wanted it during the morning. Rooms were clean and perfectly acceptable for our stay with robes and slippers and Turkish delight everyday ! Lovely thought. Pools And sauna area very nice and we could shower there before we left . Taxis arranged by hotel to airport and yes slightly more expensive but they pulled out all the stops to get us there on time despite awful traffic. Location of hotel. Excellent for local attractions. Roof top terrace had amazing views,yet more fantastic staff and the best cocktails! Advice given by staff was exactly right ! Cant recommend enough. Would definitely return.

An Excellent Choice in Sultanahmet

I don't really know much about locations in Istanbul, but the Neorion was an excellent place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, great breakfasts, an excellent rooftop dining, drinking and viewing area, patient and super-helpful staff. If you want to be in Sultanahmet, stay here.

Love this hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly. The room is clean and the hotel is conveniently located to good food and shopping. Breakfast is free and you can use the pool and sauna and Turkish bath facilities for free. Also heard that the rooftop is very pretty although I didn’t get time to go see for myself. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay in a great location. The included breakfast is very good and the service is great. Incredible roof top bar/restaurant. My only suggestion for improvement: the pool in the spa area is used by children and is very noisy, which is distracting when we had our wonderful spa treatments.

Large, clean, comfortable room. Exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, and attentive staff. Great breakfast. The sauna, swimming pool, and hammam facilities were excellent and an added bonus. The location is excellent with easy walking access to the major sites in Istanbul, as well as the tram and ferries. We didn’t want to leave and were sad when our vacation came to an end.
