Nicely renovated classic hotel with good location near cafes restaurants and shop, few minutes’ walk to metro station, civaher mall and trump towers. The room is nicely decorated clean and tidy although small size, the reception and room service staff are responsive and helpful, they change sheets & towels whenever asked, recommended great value for money.

COMPLAINT: Hotel was chosen specifically because it advertised an indoor pool sauna & steam room- these are all (as of May 2024) STILL BEING BUILT. There is a basic gym but it is in a damp basement room. Hotel stairs are UNSAFE - very steep with no handrails and poor lighting. Very disappointed overall and i want a refund!

Scam! Don’t believe the photos you see. This hotel is terrible. Tiny room, bath room is less than 1mX2m which is insane! This hotel does not deserve one star. I have been traveling for more than 10 years all over the world and I have never been scammed like that before!

Reception was great & helpful. But there's no laundry service in the hotel, pool not working, not usable due to a cold water, electric ladder not working, rooms are not as you see them in the hotel webpage. The last thing is common problem with the hotels in Istanbul as they well know by scam and playing smart game with tourists. Also there's no spa as it should be according to the hotel webpage.

This is not a hotel, it is a prison to torture people. I stayed there for a week. Rooms are so small we did not have room for luggage. They never changed the bed. Staff are so inexperienced and rude. The toilet sink of the above unit leaked to our unit. Many many issues to complain. Do not go there.

I had to pay an extra $400 for new flights because the hotel staff tried t scam us. When we checked in we were offered early check in. Which is great but our room was missing some amenities. they brought the towels and soaps a short time after we got to our room. No mini bar ( but it did not matter Because we dont ever use the mini bar. UPON CHECK OUT THE GUY WOULD LET US LEAVE UNTIL WE PAID A VERY HIGH AMOUNT FOR MISSING MINI BAR ITEMS EVEN THOUGH WE NEVER GOT ANY. WE ARE WOMEN AND CANNOT FIGHT HIM. WE ENDED UP MISSING OUR FLIGHT and paying $400 for new flights.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever had an experience to stay in. Highly *NOT* recommended to stay at or book. I have NO idea, how this level of service beginning from the front office all the way up to cleaning could ever got a 4-star rating. Had to spend there around 2-weeks due to business trip. Sadly, the cleaning service was not provided on daily basis. If provided -- either there was no towels change service or they was replaced with leaked towels! The front desk behaved as if I owe them something, totally NOT knowing what it means to provide a 4-star hotel service. (What is VERY disappointing for Turkey in general. This country is well known for their delicious food and very good service) To sum up, I think this 4-star rating was gained by a Hotel fraudulently and again, *DO NOT* recommend spending even a single day there. Complete waste of money.

Oda havalandırmaya bakıyordu, pencere açma şansınız yok. Kahvaltı 8-10 arasıydı, 9 dan sonra bırak simiti, zeytin ve çay bile kalmıyordu. Yenisini istediğinizde tek cevap bitti oluyordu. WC de sabun yok, şampuan ile elinizi yıkayabilirsiniz. İzolasyon o kadar kötü ki yukarının tuvaleti sanki yatak başucunuzda.
