Excellent place.

8/10 Very good

Beds were a little rough and it got quite hot in the summer not having AC. But very close to the Tim Hortons, grocer, alternative restaurants outside the village and very clean area.

There are more than enough cooking equipments which is very thoughtful and generous. Layout of the condo is pretty handy.

Great trip

Everything was great but the Garbinator didn’t work so you know to fix.

Location! Location! Location! The lagoons are right across from main street which is awesome for easy access to the market, liquor store and olympic plaza. As a father of 3 young kids, it's super convenient to be able to walk everywhere and not have to be in and out of the car. The unit is a little older though but not a deal breaker at all as a trade off to location. Great and easy communication with management as well.

Stayed at many of the Lagoons. This one was the worst out of 4 others I have stayed in. No hot tub most do. Also the outdoor deck chairs are gross and extremely weathered. Plumbing in bathrooms is coming out of wall. The lagoons is nice and great location. But this unit should be taken off the market or the cost CONSIDERABLY dropped.

This is not a hotel and there is no front desk. Property is dated but reasonably well maintained. Furniture and beds are old. TV is way too small and very cheap. An overall average room for the price. Price is affordable but you get what you pay for. A small investment in a decent sized TV would have made a big difference. Not complaining but nothing special with this property.

Great location, large, comfortable space within easy walking distance of all major Whistler attractions.

Très bien positionner à Whisler. Endroit tranquille. Bâtiment d’un certain âge mais très propre avec tous les commodités.
Francis, 2-night trip

Everything is excellent except there was no hot water at one night.

Well equipped kitchen. Overall clean. One duvet cover had some small blood stains. No elevators from parking garage to units. The loading zone is a little far from the units because there is a pond that you have to walk around. Nearby walking distance to everything even with a baby stroller!

Great location! Was away from the noise and hustle of the village but still a short walk to village

Close to village and steps to shuttle. Surprisingly quiet!

Convenient location, but property is older. Enjoyed the free parking for pricy whistler.

8/10 Very good

Nice 2br / 2bth condo. A little older but more than adequate and well located right across the road from the Marketplace and Mt Currie coffee (the best coffee in Whistler) Free parking is a definite plus in Whistler also.

location of unit was terrific, place was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Place was quiet. There was quite a distance between where we checked in and out compared to where the place was, and we were confused at first. I have mobility issues and was not expecting all the stairs--out of the parking area and up to the unit.

Great location in the North part of the village. Many shops and restaurants in a short walking distance.

Perfect for our family!

The place is like homey style and made the stay comfortable. It suits our family’s needs and it’s close to everything!

Comfortable, great location, good price.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen knives were so dull they couldn't cut butter, but other than that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely book again!
Judy K., 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very good but expensive.

The stay at this location (the Lagoons) I would rate as very good. The actual apartment/ condo was quite nice ... in that Whistler 90's (almost time for a re-do) kind of way. If you've ever stayed anywhere in Whistler you would know the look. Beige colours, a little dated pine furniture. .... but the place was very clean and tidy, no issues in that regard. It did have 3 floors so it's not a big "one floor" place. But no biggy. The location was good but a bit of a walk up to the main core village and lift chairs .... but a bus route is right outside the door. We walked ... and it's about 10-15 minutes. It is close to the grocery store and liquor store though ... which was good. I didn't realize it when I booked but it came with its own 4-5 person hot tub, a nice gas fireplace and free parking (which can easily be $25-$30 a night extra at other places). I also didn't realize it when I booked but Easter/Passover was a bit earlier this year fell on the 4 days of our trip. Usually we come the following week. So prices (air flight and hotels) were higher than the week after Easter. Or at least seemed that way. I searched hard and this place was our best option when booking 3 weeks before the trip (my bad). Our 4 day stay was right around $2000. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. It slept 5 comfortably and would sleep 6 just as easy. The main floor (kitchen/dinning table/living room isn't huge but it's ok. Which ain't cheap but was quite nice and did do the job. The kicker was ..... when I looked at my VISA bill a few weeks later .... tHe room is billed in US dollars. So the $2000 room bill turned into the $2600 room bill. Ouch, .... but again .... my bad for not reading the fine print. A great trip but if we went the week after I bet we could have trimmed 25-30% minimum off of the whole trip (flights and accomodaion) .... and the restaurants wouldn't have had such long wait lists.

This is a condo complex, the noise was too much. parties all over the place ( nothing wrong with that, just not until 5 am) .:(
Ivy, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

My partner and I booked a one bedroom unit for Labour Day weekend. It's by no means fancy, with no room service and housekeeping being an extra charge, but fancy wasn't our goal. Our place of stay was far enough from the hustle and bustle of the shops and restaurants, yet within walking distance of IGA and the liquor store. We like to cook and were there to relax for our two nights and escape from Vancouver so this was perfect for us! The apartment unit was ground level and had a very well-equipped kitchen (lots of plates and utensils, salt/pepper, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.), a bathtub with a Jacuzzi, a bedroom with an air conditioner and doors leading to a porch, speakers, and a washer and dryer for longer stays. There was also a communal pool but we didn't use it; it's mainly for kids since it's fairly shallow. The unit was clean except for some dust and a spiderweb or two hidden in some corners, but to us that was minor compared to all the pros. The staff at the front desk, which is about a ten minute walk away, were pleasant and concise. We would definitely stay with Whistler Premier again and would without a doubt recommend them to our friends!

Far from the lifts.

Charm free condo, with very small master bedroom. Second bedroom with double bed and bunk bed much more roomy.
