The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower in the dark. Overall a 3.8/5.

Sobre limpeza, conforto e atendimento. Foi td impecável. Funcionarios do hotel são tds. Pró ativos, mto educados, sempre preocupados em nos oferecer o melhor e nos amparar. Porém... garçons da noite do restaurante super distraídos mesmo com restaurante vazio. Eu tive que ir ao balcao pra pedir pra fechar minha minha conta e pra pegar bebidas. E outra coisa mto chata. É um hotel abeira mar. Um lugar que nos escolhemos real pra turistar e aproveitar a praia. Domingo anoite chegamos euforicos, de biquini sujos da praia. Fomos pra sauna. Qnd saimos estava tendo escolinha dominical na recepção. Pessoas do culto da igreja bastista td na recepção. Ficamos super contrangidos. Pois tinhamos bebido ondia td. Tds nós estavamos de trage de banho. Ficamos sem saber como fazer e reagir. A minha opinião ficou desconfotavel para os dois lados. Pais tentando tirar abençoes dos filhso pra naonver agt passando. Muito bom hotel

Muito bem localizado, em frente à praia, possui cadeiras e toalhas de banho mas não possui serviço de atendimento na praia. O restaurante é a parte do hotel e tudo o que for consumido tem que ser pago na hora, não sendo possível marcar na conta do quarto para pagamento no check out. Os quartos tem uma vista linda da praia, são bem limpos, as camas super confortáveis, só o chuveiro que demora para esquentar a água, o que causa o desperdício de água.

Uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Massaguaçú. Hotel com muitos quartos e com uma boa área de lazer. O problema foi que a piscina estava fechada em reforma, mas isso não foi avisado com antecedencia. Além do mais, o valor da diária estava com preço normal.

Boa opção para viagem para praia adultos.

O Hotel é bem localizado em relação a praia e estrutura de comercio e serviços que fica a 500 mts. Quarto confortável e funcionários atenciosos. Com relação a lazer, precisa atualizar a piscina, pois não é aquecida e precisa de reforma nas partilhas da piscina adulto. Restaurante possui bom cardápio e atendimento. A Praia não é apropriada para quem tem crianças por ter ondas fortes. No Geral é uma boa opção para hospedagem.
