O hotel era bom e limpo. Porém estava frio e não havia controle de temperatura no quarto. Não conseguíamos deixar o ar condicionado quente. Isso é muito ruim em uma cidade que costuma ser bem gelada. O chuveiro tb estava com a água levemente morna, não tinha água quente. Foi decepcionante por esses dois motivos. E estamos no outono com temperatura de 10 graus. Imagina no inverno que chega a fazer zero grau na região?

Essa diária está sendo relativa ao dia que fiquei lá e que estava sem água quente. A cidade é muito fria e foi solicitado aos funcionários mas nem pela manhã consegui tomar banho quente. Além disso, quando fui estacionar o carro junto ao carregador havia vários carros que não eram elétricos nem hibridos nas vagas (exclusivas para carros elétricos) e bem torto ocupando área das outras vagas, o que poderia ser evitado se um funcionário falasse com os hospedes mau educados que fizeram isso. Pela primeira vez me decepcionei muito com um Ibis
