Had a great stay! The place was absolutely wonderful—really well maintained and easy to get to. There’s plenty of parking, which made things super convenient. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk team—they were super helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a really smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend it!

Very clean, excellent condition rooms and bedding, good breakfast spread. The location is very central for major city attractions. Best of all, service from bell desk, front desk (Mahipal), coffee shop (Rizwan and Vipin) and housekeeping (Satya) were all fantastic. Highly recommend if you want something nice, secure and functional in Jaipur and don’t need “fancy” or opulent.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and good shower. We used the gym which was small but had great equipment. Not a lot of facilities but that’s not an issue in itself as long as you know not to expect a pool, spa, etc. Otherwise, well maintained and clean, very nice food (tried breakfast, lunch, and room service), and everyone is really nice and helpful. The hotel is not bad. Next to a fairly busy road at least on the third floor it can get noisy at night. The staff are polite but service is lacking. They don’t seem to want to help or offer much assistance. At breakfast the disorganized state was almost amusing. It wasn’t busy but many are waiting for tables as they aren’t being cleaned. They just need training and how to prioritize. People who rate many of the hotels in India highly need to travel the world more and there would be a lot less five stars . That’s a fact
