The bed is quite basic, equipped with two pillows and a bedsheet. The house itself feels rather bare, with no decorations on the walls, which gives it a somewhat empty and impersonal vibe. That said, it’s an affordable option that works well for a quick overnight stop, which is what we needed.
One thing to note: the owner reached out the morning of our stay requesting a $100 security deposit via e-transfer. The Expedia website clearly states not to send money outside of the platform so I reached out to Expedia and they told that we could send the deposit. Unfortunately, the refund was not issued automatically after checkout, and I had to follow up to receive it.
Also, the rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear noise from adjacent spaces, which may be a concern for light sleepers.
