We have stayed here a number of times because it is right across the street from the historic cathedral and and easy walk to the Old City down below. They have paid parking but if you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you.

We were there to attend a high school reunion, and the hotel was a reasonably priced option for everyone. The location couldn't be more convenient. The breakfast was very good, although I would have preferred the bacon more cooked. The service was excellent throughout the hotel. I recommend the street-view rooms over the less expensive courtyard ones if you are staying more than one night. We will stay again for sure.

Wonderful location! Beautiful town. Lots to see, convenient for walking. Our room faced the Pl. Notre Dame and Cathedral St. Nicholas. Is parking next door, can buy pass at hotel. Ask staff as you can time purchase of pass to suit your needs; parking is free overnight. We loved it here.

A pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. Lots of shopping areas around, and walking distance from the train station. Got a simple room which is not large but still of reasonable size. It had a proper desk to work, a wardrobe and good wifi. The only downside in my opinion is the water saving shower head, that blows so much air that it's cooling you (maybe nice in summer but not in winter).

Lovely hotel in the heart of the Fribourg Altstadt. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is well worth the cost as the selection and quality rivals many other hotels where I have stayed. The hotel has no dedicated parking but on street parking can be found and the staff will explain how to pay for that. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to Fribourg.

It was ok for a night, not the most modern, or best kept hotel. Breakfast was OK. All this could be because of the church bells waking me up on the hour, every hour... not the hotel's fault, however if the room had an air conditioner, i'd have had the windows closed... Nice town, and the hotel is well located. Parking is a bit hit and miss though.
