The staff member ar check-in was friendly and kind. I was surprised to find that check in happened through a window rather than entering a lobby. The room was fairly clean, but needed some repairs. The most glaring issue was that they It was missing any kind of privacy latch, and the deadbolt would not latch properly.

To start, the bathroom had multiple issues - the bath curtain had mold and multiple stains on the bottom, the shower couldn’t hold its temperature and would switch from cold to hot every ten seconds, and all of the towels had stains. The bed’s sheets had multiple holes, they looked like they had been burned into the sheet, and the pillows were very thin. The ceiling above the bed had several oily yellow/brown marks. AC was nice. The room didn’t appear to be fully clean as there was dust/stickiness on some surfaces and marks on the mirrors. This area is loud due to it being on a busy street but we couldn’t hear a lot from the people around us. Parking was less than ideal but that is not the hotels fault, other guests would take up multiple spots.
