The door lock of my room was broken do I qas feeling bit insecure at night, my bed was dirty however I did had room service everyday, the toilet was old and dirty, stepin shower door was damaged, room size was decent, they diffinetly need to change the mix drinking machine for breakfast, overall I liked the location of the hotel but they can do better.

I liked this hotel. Well positioned in the city so it was easy to plan walking routes (I didn't use it but public transport is cheap). Restaurants, supermarkets and takeaways nearby (get your chimney cakes from Chimney Cake Zone!). Polite and helpful staff. Lots of choice at breakfast including hot items that changed daily. Only drawback was my room was downstairs next to the dining area. There was no noise at all, even at breakfast time, but it meant I had to close the curtains for privacy as my window looked straight onto a corridor. I had no outside window, although I doubt I would have had much of a view and probably traffic noise if I did. There is air conditioning and with some experimenting I found a comfortable setting. The room was comfortable and there was a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. I would stay here again.

The hotel is within a short walking distance to all major attractions. I really enjoyed the bathtub, and the buffet breakfast was lovely, with a variety of coffees served. My only concern was the size of the duvet, which was truly single-sized; I wish it had been at least double-sized. Additionally, it was right next to a tram stop, so it was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
