2/10 Poor

Bad service, bad food I get intoxicated, the pool was really cold and they don’t have 24 hrs room service
Verified review

6/10 Good

The property lacks of proper maintenance, some areas are neglected with old furniture. Dirty dishes from room service outside of the rooms for 2 days, however, the breakfast is excellent.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is very close to León/Bajío International Airport (BJX), making it an excellent place to stay after your flight. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. It’s the perfect location if you’re planning to visit Guanajuato or San Miguel de Allende. You can rest after arriving at the airport and then enjoy an easy drive to either destination. Helen @ Reception was excelente helping me I highly recommend staying here!

4/10 Fair

I have this hotel a second chance and that was the last. They don’t provide any transportation options. The room had dirty cloths in the drawers and there were dust on the furniture. I used to stay here once a year but last time was horrible and this one didn’t improve. Thanks but I will book somewhere else.

I liked the hotel and the room, but if you are looking to get some rest, this is definitely not the place; I didn't sleep at all due to the noise from the train and the departing planes. (Nice hotel bad location)

I’d definitely stay over again

Wonderful oasis really close to airport. It has everything you could need: pool, onsite restaurant and even a small playground for the kids. Highly recommended!
