The property is what you’d expect of a value chain. The hotel is conveniently located for La Villette events and also convenient for Gare du Nord on the metro. However the inside is quite dated and a bit dusty, could do with a deep clean. Fine to stay if you’re not planning to spend much time in the hotel!

Great Location when attending the Philharmonic

A perfect place to stay if you are attending the Philharmonic! Great location for the concerts and very close to the Metro. The front desk was a big help to us and she couldn't be more charming!

Convenient to concert hall.

I stayed here last year and this year because it is across from the new concert hall. This is not tourist Paris and hardly anyone speaks English. Very convenient for me and safe to come back safely after the concerts.

Convenient hotel, close to the metro and Guard de Nord station. Nice and quiet. I slept very well the two night I stayed there. The breakfast was lovely, great produce! The mini gym could do with an upgrade, two of the machines weren’t working. The staff were really helpful. I recommend staying there.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights to be close to our family but I would rather have taken an Uber every day and avoid this hotel. The A/C was not working and beware when they tell you it’ll be fixed soon because it’s a flat out lie. Not only were the rooms not very clean with little amenities, the staff didn’t do much to compensate for the lack of A/C. They only offered us fans which didn’t do much

The area around the hotel was dirty We asked for an iron 4 times and the guy on the desk was not polite about it said it’s in a room and he can’t go and get it. Wasn’t very helpful. At breakfast i was asked to sign for payment. I informed them i already prepaid. She insisted and said it was just for her procedure. At check out i asked about this and was told there was no charge. The person at the counter took payment from my deposit. and only after i requested provided me with a detailed bill. The extra charge was indeed added to the bill. So i was lied to twice even after specifically asking. Then a refund was promised only after providing my bank and personal information. This all seems very suspicious and untrustworthy. I doubt my refund will be sent. And can only hope that my information will not be abused.

Hôtel a réhabiliter : rail de la penderie rouillé, trous dans les murs, cuvette des wc à changer, des trous à côté des toilettes, porte du frigidaire dont le revêtement est décollé, table ronde dont le pied est cassé, avec une cale en papier pour tenir le plateau. Un canapé lit qui ne ferme plus bien (on voit le matelas). Dans le hall. Le sol mériterait d'être dépoussiéré, à la réception un gros morceau de scotch bleu fait tenir le cache de câbles électriques. Musique trop forte et peu appropriée dans le hall. En général à l'arrivée dans un hôtel on vous remet immédiatement la carte de la chambre sans chercher dans l'ordinateur pendant 10 mn, ce qui a fini par être fait sans un sourire ni une excuse.
