This place is conveniently located in the heart of Shinjuku. Only 8 min from train station. In a quiet alley, away from all the noise. People are friendly and they speak some English. Great bakery and 7/11 a block away. I would give it a 10+ if I could.

The service was great, everyone was very kind and helpful. The rooms, though small, were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is traditional Japanese, and to my surprise, it was good actually (I don't usually enjoy breakfast buffets at hotels). But be advised that they don't offer western food for breakfast, I only mention this because I overheard a couple complain about it, although it is mentioned in the hotel reviews. Check-in and out were seamless and fast, the hotel is located in a very central area, very very close to the Umeda station and a lot of restaurants and bars.

A lovely hotel, room was very spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful organising luggage transfer and with general requests. Laundry facilities were good but only two machines on two floors, would be great to have on every floor. Good location really easy to travel to many places, and lots of shops around the hotel. Only downside was noise from outside roads is quite loud at night, but this seems to be an issue in many Japanese hotels due to lack of double glazed windows.
