10/10 Exceptional

Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful property in a great location, adjacent to a metro stop. The service and the rooms were perfect. The rooftop dining area was beautiful at night, with a view of the Osaka skyline. Recommend a stay here in this beautiful city!

Nice stay

My stay there was so nice. Staffs were super helpful and polite, spoke fluent English. The breakfast tastes nice My room was spacious and clean. However, the sun blind couldn’t cover the sunlight at all. I woke up in my sleep because of it…
