Very clean property. Close to shops and cultural spots. Staff is very helpful when they are there. Only 6 rooms, quiet property. Only thing I would improve is if you have a coffee station downstairs, make sure it is stocked and functional. No point in having a coffee pot visible or a water carafe displayed if there is nothing there. Same with coffee stations in rooms. One little bag of coffee no creamer, for a room for 2 is not adequate. Housekeepers are very efficient, nice and accommodating. Nice Breakfast and breakfast space, i do not know how hot it becomes in summer. February was perfect. Rooms could do with storage space. We went to several events and had difficulty with the limited closet space and no drawers. Overall it was a great experience. Great ac, very comfy beds and nice cotton linens.

One of my new favorite places! Kuxtal staff was excellent. They were very attentive. When I had to leave early for tour or for my next destination, they made me a to-go box with fresh fruit, sandwich, and juice. They were very helpful. The wifi was perfect. Friendly, helpful staff that go above and beyond. Very comfortable beds, quick hot water, decent breakfast. Although right off a main road it’s quiet and peaceful. The pool area is a little oasis.
