That said, the room I stayed in felt a bit outdated, and we were without power for a full day during our stay. Unique property, surrounded by beautiful gardens, japanese buildings & flavors . The service is generally very good. The staff really tries to make things work.( Special thanks to Juan -bellboy-) It would be appreciated if more medium sized bottles of water was offered in the rooms. I was told the pool is going to be renovated, and once finished , I think it will be a huge plus. Can't wait to visit it once the renovation is completed.

Tranquil and relaxing place. The gardens and the space dedicated to nature are amazing. Service is great. There was only one restaurant, and it was a Japanese sushi place. Not Mexican cuisine, no air conditioning in the restaurant, and a lot of flies in the food. The Hotel needs an upgrade as soon as possible. The ice machine was not working, and we had to call room service. The room only offered two cups of coffee for the stay; the rest had to be purchased.
