Great capsule hotel! The locker rooms were a bit cramped but otherwise a great stay.

THE BEST

Amazing facility!!! It was beautiful, comfortable and clean! This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel and I'll definitely stay here again. I love that the lockers where close to the hygiene area and the entrance has a QR code so only residents can enter. I felt completely safe here rooming with all women is wonderful! The outside environment is incredible as well! It is a living environment!

This was such a great place to stay for my first time in japan as a solo female traveler! Check in was super easy, the facilities were clean and generally amazing! Staff was really helpful and kind! The hotel is very close to the main areas of shinjuku but is in a lovely area near great food and interesting bars! The lockers here are also larger than other capsule properties, and i found that my checked bag could fit in it comfortable with room to still put stuff in. I really hope to come back on my next trip to japan, I had a great time and felt very safe my entire time here.

It's women's only and the capsules are very nice. They provide essentials and sleepwear every night. It felt very safe and the area around was quite convenient as well with convenient stores nearby and subway stations less than a ten min walk away.

Cozy and clean pod hotel. It is comfortable because it is woman only. However some people let their alarm run early in the morning without turning off. Please have a note for them to consider others sleep. Staffs are nice and helpful.

locker is quite tiny, so try not to come with a big suitcase, otherwise you may need to put it outside the locker and block the way. pillow is quite hard. overall is clean and tidy.

If you want a capsule hotel experience, this is for you. Ideal if you don't have much luggage and already fairly organized. Breakfast is via coupon for nearby cafe and not great if you're pressed for time

Very clean capsules hotel, with amazing position.

The hotel is very nice and clean and in a very nice position. The staff is very helpfull and always eager to help with any doubts or request. They provide you with a clean set of towels, pijama, slippers, and toothbrush/paste every day, which is really nice! On the down side it is quite impractical since you can't bring your luggage upstairs near your capsule (there is no space for luggage upstairs). But my bed was on floor 8 and my luggage was on floor 2, which was not very convenient if I forgot something in my bags, and being there only 1 elevator and no stairs to be used in the building it could take a long time before I reached the right floors, due to traffic within the hotel. Also, even if the lockers are quite big and can easily fit a big and a small lugguage, there is no space to open them without blocking other people from accessing their lockers. It is quite impractical if you have to reshuffle and organise your bags. There is a nice common room upstairs on floor 9, and you could use it to organise your luggage, but it is not ideal, since other people are also using the space to eat/work/organise their trip. Also, during my stay, aircon was very very cold on all floors, and especially on floor 9, which was sometimes freezing.

10 mins walk away from Shinjuku Station - East Gate Entrance/Exit. 2 mins walk away from Shinjuku-gyoemmae Station - (1&2 Entrance/Exit); red Marunouchi Line. Btw, every capsule has a plug outlet and usb outlet. It would be great if they pay attention to the lobby for cleaning.

Not much to complain about here. Everything was very clean and the lounge was the perfect place to come back to and definitely offered a bigger place to relax if you didn’t want to stay in the capsule! I wish we could have used the stairs because one elevator for all of those floors was really slow but thats a minor inconvenience. Close enough to the heart of Shinjuku but definitely in a quieter area! Felt very safe too.

I enjoyed my stay here. As a first timer in Japan this was definitely a cool experience. Every clean, and quiet. However, the only downfalls was that it was too hot in the pods. Once you close the shades at night it becomes really hot. And the beds are very hard. I felt like I was sleeping on a road. My back killed me. I felt like leaving because it was so hard. But other than that truly did like the cleanness and the details.

It was great, clean en in a great area close to Shinjuku station. The only downside is that you have to constantly move your stuff from your locker to every place, but that just comes with it. Other than that, the restroom area gets pretty busy in prime times so you might have to wait a little while. That being said, it's great for the price and the capsules are very big! And you can charge with a USB cable.
Dina, 6-night trip

The sleeping quality monitoring system is annoying at night. The capsule is stifling and lack of sound insulation. I would not recommend this hotel.
Puiyi, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I only stayed for a few hours so I didn’t end up sleeping but it was so cool, great things provided, super clean, pod was very spacious, I like how it analyses your sleep pattern. Id say some women don’t understand what quiet means though, talking and laughing loudly when you clearly shouldn’t. The capsule is shut by a thin paper, make sure you request ear plugs because even just laying there I can imagine it’s hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper I could hear women even just sighing in their capsule. Otherwise I would definitely stay in this next time as it felt very safe with all women
Eden, 1-night trip

The bathrooms on each floor don’t have soap. Only the locker rooms floors do which didn’t make sense to me. This is a huge breading ground for germs. I actually ended up getting sick toward the end of my stay because of how hard the AC was blowing. I’m sure I picked up something from one of those bathrooms. Hopefully this place makes a change but if not; please be prepared with your own soap.

Clean and Nice Capsule

Clean and new capsule. You nearly cannot find any dirt in this hotel. There are toilets in each floor including the sleeping floor. But the luggage locker, bathroom and toilet are in separated floor. So there is no noise in the sleeping floor. There are enough bath room and toilet. You do not need to wait. The sleeping capsule is very big compared with the other capsule. Towels, slippers, tooth brush are provided. There is lounge area where you can eat your own food. There are many restaurant and laundry nearby. Different MRT stations are in walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful. I like this capsule and sure will be back soon.
Wai Hing, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

I didn’t love it or hate it. The pros are that it’s conveniently located to Shinjuku main areas, the pods are mostly comfortable, amenities are handy including loungewear, slippers and toothbrush, hairdryers in locker area, the checkin process relatively easy and staff are very helpful. The shower pressure and temp is great and there is shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The cons are that there is a lot of people in a cramped space, especially when trying to access luggage. There are only 6 sinks and 5 showers for at least 40 people, so mornings are hectic and it’s almost impossible to get a sink to brush your teeth. There are a lot of people staying on one floor and all 4 nights there were people talking loudly until at least 2am. The pillows are atrocious, they are rock hard. I bought a pillow from ikea after one night. There is only one lift so it takes a long time to get up and down. The emergency stairs are locked which I found concerning. If anything happened you are trapped inside. The 9th floor lounge is ok. There is a basic vending machine but that’s it. There are no kitchen amenities which is a shame. I would prefer to stay somewhere else next time, but I would also stay here again for the convenience and price. This place left me with mixed feelings.

Good option!

Great option for solo travellers who don’t want to splurge on big hotels. The communal areas could use some renovation, though.
