as soon as I walked I was going to walk away but my wife asked to stay very bad customer service unconfirmed bed not clean definitely had bed bugs only 2 towels for 4 people I cut my vacation one day short I couldn’t stay there another night it’s the worst place I ever stay in

The whole place smelled like Cat piss. The room was not up to hotel standards. Bugs in the sink. Random disposable assortment of hangers. The walls were paper thin and we were right behind the front desk and could hear every word in the lobby. We left a day early as it was literally one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at thousands. I travel for work and have seen bad hotels but this takes the cake. The area was sketchy too, lots of homeless people around. Human fecesall over.

Very clean! Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Nice customer service, very helpful. Needs to be undated on parking lot as in at least be gated to feel better secured Only thing i did not like was that its loud thru the middle of the night. It NEEDS TO BE MORE SUPERVISED THRU THE NIGHT! Neighbor was up and loud at 3am sounded like party.
