This is a cheap hotel in a good location but don’t expect any more than a bed. They advertise continental breakfast but only coffee and one cheap cereal available. No bread or pastries. No glasses in rooms and none available when we asked. Shower leaked everywhere.

En general conviene la estancia en este hotel por lo céntrico y la cercanía a Hollywood BLBV. Sirve para descansar y bañarse . A unos pasos es ta el paseo de la fama y todo queda muy accesible si vas en plan de turismo. El primer día no realizaron la limpieza a pesar de habérselo solicitado en recepción. Al siguiente día solamente tenían dos toallas y ya no me quisieron dar más, porque dijeron que no tenían más a pesar de qué les expliqué que éramoscuatro huéspedes. El último día me querían hacer un cargo extra por tardarme unos minutos más en la habitación y no realizar el check Out en punto de las 11 de la mañana. Nos tuvimos que salir del hotel porque a dueña no le gusta tener gente esperando en el lobby y nuestro vuelo salía un poco más tarde, así que nos tuvimos que ir a esperar en el centro comercial Les recomendaría que tuvieran una mejor higiene, sobre todo en la alfombra de las escaleras que está sumamente sucia y en el área del lobby. el horno de microondas que también está súper sucio. Ron muy amable pero no dejar que hable con los clientes , creo que podrían mejorar la calidez humana del lugar
