Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff are always so polite. The rooms are spacious and well looked after. Breakfast is excellent, a huge buffet style with staff on hand for coffees and even omelettes. Would definitely return.

There was same food 3 days for vegan, no desserts option at all. That was very disappointing for us.

Excellent place for families. We had a wonderful time there. Staff was very friendly. The hotel has got a lot of amenities to enjoy for different age groups. Hotel activities throughout the day are fantastic. I'd highly recommend it. I'll definitely come back to this hotel. It made us feel fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje. The hotel and all of its services are amazing. The huge pools, the vast choice of food, the entertainments, the pool tables 😁 - all great!! Our room has been cleaned every day and the rooms were althought a bit dated but always very clean. All in all an amazing experience.

Amazing, clean and lovely staff. Hotel is always the best. Only one fault sofa beds need updating very uncomfortable style with the slats. Other than this can’t fault the hotel at all.

Clean, spacious and epic breakfast. Really good services available. Fair pricing in shops. Great pool area. Rooms are nice but are a bit dated. Spotless though. Lack of sockets so bring an extension. Not really 5 star but maybe after refurb planned for 2025

Last minute booking.

Nice hotel but not a 5 star, rooms are clean and generous but ours was noisy as it was roadside. No poolside waiter service (unusual for 5 stars).Breakfast quality is good but set out badly, you have to walk yards back to your table sometimes(not ideal when its busy). Hotel overall is nice and wouldn't steer anyone away from it but there's better for the money in our opinion. Staff overall were friendly enough which helps a lot.

Short break in Adeje

Had a lovely stay in Adeje, the Gran Costa is a nice hotel. It is a little dated could do with some modernisation to get to a 5* resort. That said they offer a lot to families. pool tables, air hockey and nightly entertainment provided in abundance and no shortage of sun loungers either. Thought it unusual to have to pay for bottles of water for the bedroom these are normally provided free daily, we received one free at the start of the holiday and that was it. Rooms cleaned daily but felt there was always an odour coming from the bathroom like stale water. The location of the hotel is good, you’re a 10 minute walk from the strip and the beach but there are bars, shops and restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the Hotel

My stay was unexpected and I rushed to book the hotel so the photos are why I did, they say the camera never lies but it did in this case .. the pool was amazing and the breakfast was good but the gym was disappointing, needs new equipment and it looked very shabby and vary dated . My room view wasn’t what I expected either room 102 but the the most i was disappointed in is you can hear everything your next door neighbours is doing and I had the most noises who was awake till early hours banging , shouting ,scraping furniture, moaning /groaning , stomping around then woke up 7am . I hardly got any sleep .. I had to call down to reception every day to complain and also my card keys stopped working on 5 occasions so had to keeping getting that sorted to too , wasn’t a relaxing stay at all and won’t be returning there again .

Me, my wife & our 8 month old baby spent a week at this hotel. The hotel looks lovely and grand, the reception area is vast and clean and the pools are grand and clean. The rooms however are not quite a luxury. The rooms are fine, but they are in a real need of a makeover and there are small annoyances, for example the water flow from the bathroom taps was really slow and the temperatures were a bit all over the place. Other small things like the coffee & milk not being filled up unless requested was a frustration. Breakfast was nice with all foods kept full up. One major disappointment we had was that when we were checking out at about 11am, the lifts were out of service as the windows were being cleaned and there was no help for us getting our baby, luggage and pram down the stairs. The staff on reception didn't seem to care about this. There are 2 sets of lifts, one from level zero to level 5, these were working, but the lifts from 0 to -2, where reception is, were out of service. There was no advance warning about this and the lack of care as we struggled to get down the stairs was annoying. Overall we did have a nice stay. This is a very big and busy hotel and if you want to do all inclusive this is probably perfect for you, but if you prefer something a bit quieter and more relaxed and prefer to get out and about it would probably be better to look elsewhere.

Food was very boring . Done with no professionalism. No taste, every day the same menu. Pool is very nice a lot of lounges. Very clean property. They should change pillows and bedding. House keeping was great. They are closing hotel by the end of this month for renovation. I hope they will change certain things. Over all property is very conviniently located.
