"Great breakfast and lunch buffet, helpful staff. They arranged the cab from airport and only charged for what we used. Room service was also a delight, and the portions were on the higher side for 2 of us. We couldn’t explore any other amenities as we were too tired from the travel. One minor annoyance was the constant charging right after instead of clearing in one go by billing to the room."

I can big departure from earlier to now customer service."
