Beds are nice

The service is good, beds are nice and clean, but that’s pretty much the highlight. Overall the hotel felt aged and lack of good maintenance. Would not be a priority to stay again.

Room Service was bit lagging, staff at the breakfast are very kind and courteous but have few opportunities for the hotel room service to improve the service by replenishing the toiletries on the daily basis rather then reminding everyday to topup.

Location is convenient Staff are excellent in providing service Food is fantastic Restaurants on premise have delicious food. Negative aspect: room is stuffy, not clean. No proper lighting to take calls, apply makeup Shower has no proper doors Laundry is not satisfactory

6/10 Good

Not as expected

The service was good in all phases of our stay. However, we did not expect such an untidy restroom. Especially, the condition of washroom, the plug sockets and shower lotion holders condition (just to name a few). As this is an expensive stay, we thought the rooms would be much cleaner.
