Unfortunately this property is quite dated with minimal energy and effort put into keeping it updated apart from painting and floor tiles. The photos don’t depict a true reflection of this hotel condition. If you don’t mind a bit of mould in the shower grout and visible beneath the ceiling paint. The staff are amazing they try to help you with every enquiry.

Service wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was black mold in our bathroom, the water seemed to cut off every once in a while, and they put us on the 14th floor. The elevator only goes to 13. We had to walk up stairs with all our bags. They didn't provide help.

Quarto sujo e cheirando a mofo. Paredes sujas e necessitando de urgente manutenção. Banheiro com lixo do ultimo hóspede. Box cheio de areia e com bichos de umidade. Cama casal e não Queen, ao arrepio do que foi anunciado. Colchão de mola super desconfortável parecia estar num pula pula infantil. Janelas não eram antirruído, ou seja, barulho da rua incomodou bastante à noite. Ar condicionado antigo muito barulhento, parecia um liquidificafor ligado. Café da manhã muito ruim. Peguei um ovo mexido e desisti de comer após encontrar o terceiro pedaço de casca de ovo. Acesso ao restaurante e à piscina muito sujos. Luz do quarto com mal contato, ficava piscando o tempo todo. Não recomendo o hotel.

Assim que cheguei no hotel para o check-in fui recebido com uma enorme grosseria do Recepcionista (um estrangeiro, não me recordo o nome dele). Não respondeu o meu bom dia, não deixou eu terminar de falar, me sobrepôs e mandou eu aguardar com muita falta de educação. Em relação aos demais funcionários, gostaria de fazer um elogio a Gorete, uma funcionária da limpeza, muito educada, atenciosa e bem humorada. Sobre o café da manhã, achei um pouco pobre, poucas opções e todos os dias sempre a mesma coisa, não variam. Pelo valor da diária, esperava algo melhor. Gostei da localização.

O hotel tem uma localização espetacular isso ninguém pode negar fica à frente da estação do metrô que facilita bastante o deslocamento, é um hotel mais antigo como boa parte dos que tem na região no entanto ele não aparenta ter nenhum tipo de tentativa de modernização. O quarto onde eu fiquei as paredes estavam com mofo o que terminou prejudicando o meu sogro pois eu tive constantes ataques de rinite, e o banheiro não tava muito limpo, fora isso a cama é confortável e o café da manhã é simples
