Although renovations have been taking place for some time, they are always respectful of guests, keeping any noise and inconvenience to a minimum. Parking is still great during exterior reno and lobby is always clean and welcoming. New TVs were installed this week with little or no interruption to guests. I am sure this will be the best hotel in Brooks once everything is complete. Well done!

We had a lovely stay. Renovations at the hotel, so no games room or gym available. Used the hottub pool and slide and cut our stay short because pool would be closed for renovations as well. Breakfast was decent fare. Close by restaurants and stores.

All went good except for when we requested just only 30mins late check out, we are all ready to go, my 5mos old baby was still sleeping I did not want her to be awaken and hoping to extend a bit so she won’t be grumpy, explained that to the reception. They did not allow us, so I had to wake her up one right away. I cancelled my booking to them the ff week. I dont ask for a late check out coz I understand they need to do the cleaning too, only that day. Just a thought of, some request sometimes are acceptable, and it’s not too much time I was asking.
