Room was pretty good could use small update. Hallway was bit confusing when we got their, trying to navigate the parking garage was tricky. The group i was with enjoyed the breakfast. Biggest thing was one of use called front desk for couple more towels they informed us housekeeping would bring them up but no one did. But we enjoyed our stay

Very confortable and large rooms, could use some updates. Staff was a bit overwhelmed by the convention crowd in town for Adepticon, and cleaning suffered a bit for that.

A place to sleep for the night. That's the best I could say about this. For $200/night, you usually know what you're going to get. What you got here was stained carpets, chipped paint all of the halls and rooms, inoperable TV in the room, lamps that didn't work, and no ironing board.
Despite all of that, the staff I encountered were all fantastic!

The bathroom fan started making loud noises and then froze up (was just buzzing) by the next day. We were checking out anyway, so we did not request maintenance. Also, the room we were assigned looked out into a quad of walls. This part really was a poor experience.
The staff were friendly and informative. They gave the right amount of information at check-in, accommodated a one hour late check-out, and the breakfast area staff were amazing as well.

The bathroom fan was very loud and in need of replacement. The refrigerator never got cold. No microwave. Room was a little outdated. Didn't validate parking.

The facility could use some attention! There was blood spatter on our ceiling, our heat in the room didn't work and the tv only had sound on a couple channels. The staff was overwhelmed and I was told the hotel was full, so there was not really anything that could be done. Very expensive for the level of accommodations provided.

Our first room did not have heat and the toilet was broken. Second room was missing the remote. Staff was friendly with dealing with that they have. There were mystery stains all throughout the hotel. Will not be back.

I really want to give this a better review, but this is not the first time I had an issue here (sadly I didn't remember it was the same hotel when I booked it this time around.
Our stay consisted of 3 nights at the end of a long road trip vacation. Upon check-in, we had to figure out the parking situation (a sign on the front desk) as no one mentioned it during the check-in experience.
The room was ok; a view of the Foot Locker across the street, but the room did not have any place to store clothing, no drawers to put anything away. Just some small baskets under the tv area.
The A/C consisted of a large covered hole in the ceiling that loudly turned on and off that definitely cooled the room down in short (did I say loud?) bursts.
The bathroom was rather small. If you had to sit on the toilet to do your business, reaching behind you to get the toilet paper involved a yoga skill. Here is the kicker of my complaint though...no hot water on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay. I even mentioned it on the 2nd day and again on 3rd day as we checked out.
The good points...the pool and hot tube (had both to myself), the clerk who checked me out was super nice and gave me hotel points for my water issue, and the location is near some really great breweries and restaurants.
