We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! Fantastic place to stay downtown. Walking distance to everything you need. Staff was absolutely amazing!

I highly recommend this hotel for its clean and spacious room, the great variety of delicious food for the breakfast, and the outdoor fire pit area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to spend the night. Not the amenities that a large motel may offer but always clean place and excellent friendly staff.

The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the price was right, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the whirlpool tub in our room was the icing on the cake. What a great place! We will be back.

Amazing hotel in a sweet little town. Everything was perfect at the hotel and I loved that we could walk to a coffee shop, a drug store, and a brew pub. Flowers were beautiful and a very calm and peaceful place to stay. We will be back!

Great property right on the lake. Balcony with lake view with easy parking, walk right to the lake and tons of dining and bars nearby. We loved our stay here!

This is my favorite hotel in Madison. Once again, they did not disappoint.

Our son lives in Madison so this is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Every stay has been great! Clean, comfortable and the breakfast buffet is great! We really like this place.

The staff was professional. My room was clean. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but not bad. You’re within walking distance of several eateries and bars and grills.
