This was our second stay at Open Hearth and honestly, I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else. From the owners being more than accommodating (WIFI wasn't working in our room, it was fixed in 5 minutes), to the overall staff friendlyness, to the clean room and amazing breakfast (ok, lets talk about that pancake machine - AMAZING!!) This was a great experience. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but can't win everything.... and everything else was PERFECT!

We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! Our third visit to Gordon Lodge over the years and it doesn't disappoint. Well located in Door County so all kinds of other sights and activities are readily available.

Excellent place to spend the night. Not the amenities that a large motel may offer but always clean place and excellent friendly staff.

Found this to be a very nice hotel. Would recommend to anyone going in that direction. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast was very good, in a large room, clean & enjoyable. Coffee available at all times.

New hotel- very clean - rooms were soundproof & breakfast was excellent! Entire staff was helpful and courteous. Located near shopping mall with many restaurants . Will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean. All items: coffee maker, television, etc.. worked excellently. Towels and amenities were arranged neatly. Check in was efficient and the Hotel Manager was helpful and courteous. I would definitely use again.

Comfortable hotel stay. Clean. Great service. Breakfast is the usual scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, danish, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles are pre made and you use the toaster to heat them up. Fresh coffee served all day. Daily paper is nice. Close to local restaurants. Located off Hwy 70.

The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the price was right, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the whirlpool tub in our room was the icing on the cake. What a great place! We will be back.
