O serviƧo de concierge via WhatsApp Ć© igualmente insatisfatĆ³rio, com respostas demoradas (chegando a horas) e sem apresentar soluƧƵes efetivas. A parte de alimentaĆ§Ć£o Ć© ampla e estĆ” disponĆ­vel em diversos momentos do dia, mas a qualidade e a variedade sĆ£o bastante limitadas. Os pratos nĆ£o tĆŖm sabor e a apresentaĆ§Ć£o Ć© descuidada. As atividades oferecidas sĆ£o desorganizadas e pouco atrativas. A equipe de animaĆ§Ć£o nĆ£o demonstrou iniciativa em convidar meu filho a participar, algo que jĆ” vivenciamos em outros resorts. Durante nossa estadia de cinco noites, nĆ£o houve limpeza adequada da piscina; ao final da penĆŗltima noite, a Ć”gua apresentava um aspecto desagradĆ”vel. O parque aquĆ”tico, embora pequeno, Ć© agradĆ”vel, mas tambĆ©m necessita de manutenĆ§Ć£o. Para a famĆ­lia tem muitas opƧƵes praia, piscina, parque aquĆ”tico, shows, teatros, recreaĆ§Ć£o. Comidas variadas, porĆ©m poderiam ser mais temperadas,l. Bom resort, atendimento nota 10! RecepĆ§Ć£o bem organizada, Ć”gil e os cooperadores bem educados e solĆ­citos. Na reserva solicitei apto no tĆ©rreo devido mobilidade reduzida e o estacionamento teve todo cuidado e carinho de colocar em um apto no tĆ©rreo e prĆ³ximo de restaurante.
