Someone was playing music starting at 5 am on a Saturday morning Staff was responsive to any requests/issues such as a lack of enough towels for the number of registered guests. This seems to have been a very nice motel at one time but is a bit run down due to lack of general maintenance.

Poor physical condition inside and outside. My room was never attended to in my 3-day stay. Breakfast was meagre. The carpet and furniture in my room need a thorough cleaning or replacement. I had to stuff towels in the window side to diminish the cold winds since the window needs serious attention. Landscaping is weeds and gravel, no decent lawn. The elevator is scary. Pool unavailable. The lobby looks nice. This is a poor example of the Wyndham collection.

First off there were no locks on the doors. The bathroom was disgusting. Pubic hairs in the Jacuzzi tub. The bottom of the toilet was gross. The TV services was horrible and the Wi-Fi buffered a lot.

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! The sheets on the bed weren't even put on all the way...had to tuck the fitted sheet in. Pactched spots in the bathroom that were not painted. Hallway carpet was filthy, and on and on! This hotel should not be offered on your website. I feel that we should be given a refund.
