Perla Maya Hotel was in a great location! It was easy and walkable to restaurants. shopping and ferry locations. The hotel staff is very exceptional, they make your stay feel like home. Thank you Jose Manuel, Domingo, Tomas and Daniel for making us feel safe and also thank you kitchen staff Claudia and Michelle for great breakfasts. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I come to Panajachel!

Amazing views and rooms for a family vacation!

Staff were amazing and super friendly. Our kids loved the breakfast, the pool, and the talking parrot that lives at the property. We loved hanging out on the terrace with wonderful views of the lake. Area was very safe and we had no concerns walking from the hotel into central Pana. Only had to walk a block or two to find a tuctuc. It was an amazing stay!

It was nice especially the view from the terrace and even from our 3rd floor room. It’s on the one end of town but we didn’t mind walking and it felt safe. Showers took awhile to get hot and low water pressure but nice atmosphere. Perfect midrange option.
