"I loved the location of this hotel. It's across the street from the Mediterranean Sea. I booked a sea view room. It had breathtaking views of the sea. I also liked the large room. It was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very large. The staff was warm and welcoming. They made sure my stay was good. The 1st room I had didn't have wifi. They moved me to another room immediately. The wifi connection was strong and available 24/7. As a solo female traveler, I had no concerns about safety. There was always someone in the reception watching out for things."

"Fathi at check in another gentleman at Concierge desk were quite helpful. Staff at the breakfast buffet need training both in food handling and guest services. Lady making Crepes was folding them by hand and got quite annoyed when I asked her to make another one without touching it with bare hands.at first she tried giving me a cold crepe which I refused. Room service delivered the food abd when we called them back to pick up the the tray, I was told to call guest services!"
