"The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."

Everything was good but a little bit unconfortable as WIFI didn't work at my room.

The hotel is great and the pool is lovely. Staff and service were strong. The location is a bit out of the way. For everything, ask at the desk, reservations are typical for most things, not the restaurant but the pool and spa and car rental: everything seems to be arranged at least a day in advance, and more because not everyone works the weekend, so make those arrangements far in advance.

Check-in took about 20 minutes because the property hadn't processed an Expedia reservation before and staff wanted me to pay, though I paid online. Then, the room thermostat was broken and after waiting approximately 20 minutes for a technician at 9:30 at night, I changed rooms. In the morning, there was no hot water and I needed to leave for a flight so I didn't bring this to staff. I will say the staff was very professional in dealing with the various issues, but I don't think I would stay here again.
