Amazing boutique hotel, very quiet and cozy. Not a place close to main attractions if you are in Paris for tourism. However the subway is less than a mile from the hotel. I would stay again in the hotel. Not a place for who is looking for a place with a night life / restaurants and attractions close by.

Villa Saxe Eiffel is a great hotel and conveniently located (you can literally see the Eiffel Tower down the street from the hotel). They've got a great breakfast spread in the mornings, staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were great. Would recommend this hotel for any business travellers or couples/families.

Pleasant stay

Overall a pleasant stay. Staff are very attentive, room was very clean and had a nice fresh smell. There are not as many facilities in the hotel compared to other cities. The area surrounding the hotel was rather small, a village feel. There is not much to do in the area you would need to travel by uber or walk to the train station to get to main attractions or for more variety of food etc.

Check in went smooth. The staff was nice and courteous and understood and spoke English well. The front is staffed 24 hours. The standard room and bathroom was small but I heard to be typical of the area. We were on the second floor at the end of the hall near the coffee lounge which was nice since I easily can get by coffee. They have a great coffee machine that gave really good espresso drinks. Only thing I wish they had were a fridge, microwave, and an iron. The location was nice and quiet, and away from busy tourist location but an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro. If I stayed here again I would look to get a larger room but nice stay overall.

The hotel was nice but the location is not spectacular. They have cops 24hrs a day at the end of the driveway and it's pretty far from anything "happening". Overall my stay was good and room was clean and comfortable. But I would not recommend the location to anyone as I spent a ton of money on Uber trying to get to more.

The property was very nice. Rooms were modern and clean. The rooms weren’t large but were sufficient for our needs. We only needed the room for sleep and showering anyway. The staff was very helpful and helped as we needed. The breakfast, while nothing fancy was a good way to start the day. The neighborhood is VERY quiet. Perhaps it was because it was August but there was very little activity at all around. It was close to walk to the Eiffel Tower, nice restaurants and transportation. We enjoyed the stay for sure.

A Disappointment in the 7th

The Villa Saxe Eiffel was a long-time favorite of mine & Unesco, which is nearby. It had excellent, professional service, comfortable rooms, pretty good breakfast, and a library that was open 24 hours. We could stop by for coffee or wine, even fresh fruit. Last week I faced a chaotic check-in (despite 3 people at reception), room problems that went unfixed until late, and a dreary room that was apparently due to renovation. The proprietor of a nearby hotel said that the Saxe had recently been sold and was now staffed by untrained youngsters. For example, when I asked the front desk if I could see the room where I had last stayed--and loved--he said the Saxe doesn't keep track of stays and added that it never had. Which just isn't true. They once greeted returning customers: "Bienvenue. Tellement bon de vous revoir."

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. I had a deluxe room and it was most comfortable with a desk in room. It was a bit hot - they have air conditioning but with the rain, it auto shut off. It is run by a third party. The hotel includes a breakfast buffet in the morning which is nice. They have bikes and umbrellas for rent. The location is close to unesco and the sites and good restaurants. I felt very safe as a woman walking around there alone. It is not a crowded area. Will stay there again.
