A charming guesthouse in the old town, walled city of Dubrovnik. It's an old stone building so no lifts, but staff were most helpful with carrying our luggages up to our rooms. The hotel restaurant is also excellent and stylish.

Excellent Stay in Old Town Dubrovnik

What a wonderful hotel/Guesthouse!! We loved it. Guesthouse Forty-Four is located in the center of old town which was a perfect location for us. Stan met us outside the gates and carried our bags to the hotel, checked us in and served us our first glass of wine. Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly and professional. We would definitely highly recommend this place. Thanks for making our visit wonderful!

If you're looking for a boutique hotel in old Dubrovnik look no further. This hotel is so well-maintained and the staff is accommodating in any way that they can be. You are family when you are there. Breakfast is outstanding and the rooms are great! A special shout out to Stan! He went way above what we asked him to do and made our stay incredibly special.

Our stay at Guesthouse Forty Four was amazing from start to finish. The location is right in the centre of the old town so was very convenient and the premises were very clean and comfortable. However, most of all the customer service is outstanding with all staff members going the extra mile to welcome us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special shoutout to Stan who was so lovely and really made us feel right at home. This was the best service I have experienced anywhere. Additionally I would recommend eating at their restaurant which has some of the tastiest food in the old town - 10/10 would recommend the pistachio cheesecake and black ravioli. We both died and went to heaven!

Had a beautiful room with a patio. Staff was exceptional! I’d especially like to recognize Stan. Damir and his staff provide an exceptional service and experience at Forty Four. From the moment someone greets you right outside the walls of the Old City to walk you to the hotel, to the care they put in maintaining the rooms and the attention to detail during the hearty breakfasts and any other interactions, they make you feel welcome, safe and in a family environment. I would definitely recommend Forty Four, and whenever I go back to Dubrovnik, I will stay there again.
