Not my favorite Courtyard- will not stay here again. Seems like an older building, weird smells here and there. Do not stay on road side otherwise you will hear sirens all night long- needs better windows apparently. Stayed for 2 night had them move my room second night- they were very helpful with that. Second night much quieter. Workout room had no cups for water and such an easy fix should never run out and the workout towels smell really bad. Housekeeping leaves the garage bags for small cans in room lying there-waiting for ME to put them in I guess? Water pressure super low in shower.

We stayed for the Kevin Hart show (about 8-10 min away from Greensboro Coliseum) Got a king suite. It was clean and updated with modern furniture but the bathroom was still dated and very small.. the size of a NYC closet. It’s not a lavish place, but doable (good for an overnight /short weekend stay where you’re not lounging around)

Nice Place for one night. The bistro staff did not know how to make a Long Island iced tea, but my boyfriend gladly showed them. But leaving the property I was stopped and asked for payment when I already paid online. The checkout process was supposed to be easy.

Not at all impressed! For what I payed I expected way more than I got. Room was expensive nothing like the pictures. I couldn’t even get a cup of free coffee. I am very disappointed. Shower floor and bathroom floor wasn’t in good condition.

This seems to be a distressed property. Restaurant was not open due to broken pipes with no indication of reopening. Room was not cleaned or towels replaced even though requested. Front desk representative apologized and said staff had not shown up and that they were understaffed in addition.

Hi, I requested a room without service animals and asked housekeeping, the manager, and the desk clerk to have one available since you are a no-pet hotel. I have a terrible allergy to animals, even service dogs. No one seemed to know about this request. I did a room check and took the room offered. The restaurant was closed for dinner on Labor Day. The break service stopped after 9:30 AM. I had to go out to eat. I had selected a hotel for in-meal availability. The place was attractive and clean, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend all hotels have rooms that are used only for non-pet or service animals. I was not told about breakfast time, and no meals in advance. The pool and courtyard were nice. Thank you.
