Sutton Place Hotel has historic charm, a small lovely courtyard cafe, and is centrally located. Nearby karaoke was a bit loud, though.

Great location in the middle of Roseau, everything is within walking distance. A bit noisy at times especially at nights but that city life for you. Great for business travelers.

A great downtown location that is walkable to attractions. The staff are excellent! My room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Good tv package (somewhat rare in the Caribbean) and nice warm water in the shower.

Went for a business trip and stayed there for a day. The hotel provides basic necessities although the carpet in the staircase is quite run down. The bars close to this hotel could be quite noisy in the night. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk was nice and helpful.

We returned after staying here last year for convenience. The location is great. Shame the bar is not open most evenings. The breakfast is lacking and never gets refilled unless we ask for it and there are different things in different rooms ( we travelled with others) No pool or lift but I knew all this. The staff are brilliant friendly and helpful. I would return for that reason
