Nativo Lodge has definite character. Our room had kids next door who were really loud - we asked to be moved and were accommodated immediately. The front desk service was great. When we called for an extended checkout last minute there was no issue whatsoever. Appreciated the friendly service and how quick and accommodating they were for any issues we ran into.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean. The resort fee includes 2 adult beverages per night which was nice, this had to be redeemed at the front desk. However one of the reasons we booked this one is because it had a bar, but there were no bar staff so the bar was never open. There's a teepee outside past the pool which was nice to just sit in and visit. I would stay here again with hopes they have bar staff next time.

Read my Google review. Would not recommend staying there. Having to switch rooms several times for various reasons. No housekeeping services over the course of our stay. Cleanliness of rooms 0 out of 10. No working shower in one room. Paying amenity fees for zero amenities.

The Native American art in the lobby is impressive and the concept of a hotel decorated by local artists is great but overall, the hotel was disappointing. It is rundown and in need of a major overhaul. The only chair in the room was so worn and stained we didn't sit in it. The AC unit worked well enough but was very noisy and the rickety elevator was broken on the day we checked out so we had to haul all our luggage down the stairs.

It was a good place to stay for a couple of nights but it was a little overpriced for what you get. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the amenities were not very impressive for the extra charge. The elevator was unusable right when we needed to bring in our bags. But it was fixed later that evening.
