Felix in the reception extraordinary service minded and made us feel very welcome! The location of the hotel couldn’t be better! Highly recommend this place/Ingrid and Anders

8/10 Very good

Breakfast was not to the standard that we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Bread was old and service poor. Food was replenished promptly.

The property, room, bathroom, sheets, and towels were very clean. The staff is super helpful, and the property is amazing, as expected. My only suggestion would be to remove the rugs in the room, as they are not needed and look old, and to clean the fabric sofas in the rooms more thoroughly to ensure everything is impeccable.

Fantastic to be right in the Alhambra complex, in a beautiful historic building, with luxurious rooms, carefully maintained gardens, and a lovely terrace restaurant

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely hotel, beautifully located and extremely calm, quiet and relaxing. Obviously perfectly situated for visiting the Alhambra. Easy to walk down the hill into town, and you can walk back or take a taxi. (They're easy to find and inexpensive.) In late March, the hotel cafe wasn't busy and felt strangely empty in the evenings, but this adds to the peacefulness. This isn't a 5 star hotel but the historical building and its location makes it unique.

We enjoyed our nights at the Parador Alhambra. The room was very nice and updated. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices. If we ever return to Granada we would definitely stay at the Parador again.

8/10 Very good

Great location and accommodating staff. Very helpful in whatever I needed. I did however find the shower in the room very frustrating. Three separate levers needed perfect adjustment to get water from the correct apparatus at the right temperature. I was also a bit disappointed as the the dining options. Eating after 8:30 pm was not an option for us so we had only the breakfast area with a limited menu.
