I had lovely solo trip . via Regio was part of a two week trip through Tuscany. Great location. It’s right across the street from the beach .Bike rental available! And their spa was fabulous. Their hotel restaurant food was spectacular! And the service in the restaurant was top-notch!

Very nice hotel where it is possible to have breakfast outside on a terrasse. Very tidy cleaning. Not many restaurants close to the hotel were open in the evening. Maybe it was due to end of summer season.

Omg! Amazing! Went for Carnevale and it was amazing! The hotel in the parade zone so we didn’t have to buy tickets! It was so fun to be on the parade route and right across the street from the beach. Hotel staff was crazy friendly and my room was amazing!

Excellent but with pkg plan the buffet if u don’t get there upon opening for dinner nothing is left and they don’t refill. We had a smoker in room next to ours which made our room full of smoke smell. Told staff they did nothing about it plus the smoker had the shower run I g day and night which I also told them. We had a lovely stay for our honeymoon and the staff made it extra special.We had a wonderful room with panoramic view of the sea and mountains. The room was spacious with a balcony to enjoy the views. The welcome chocolates in the room were thoroughly enjoyed. Great location just 20minutes walk from the train station and a short journey from Pisa. We booked a taxi from Pisa airport on arrival (didn’t realise how expensive it was going to be €110) so we got the train and shuttle to the airport on the way back which cost just €20! The hotel is walking distance to a nearby supermarket (7/8min) and across the road to the beach and a variety of restaurants. We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was incredible very good continental selection not so much hot food on offer mostly eggs but I was fine with that due to the amount available and tasted delicious. The only slight downsides of our stay was when we went to the sunset bar ordered 2 cocktails they took 25 minutes to be made they were more expensive than restaurants around as expected in a hotel but the quality was poor didn’t taste nice so wouldn’t recommend cosmopolitan. Also the room isn’t soundproof so you hear the loud live music playing right outside until 12:30am VERY clearly but not sure what it would be like if you didn’t face that side. However it didn’t bother us that much as we were getting in at midnight anyway and my husband sleeps with earplugs. However we would definitely recommend and stay again.
